单车位光伏车棚设计结构一般分为俩种分别为图1中的单支撑立柱结构设计，的双支撑支柱结构设计；此方案直接采用太阳能电池板作为其屋面系统，太阳能电池板连接通过铝合金压块方式固定，1块太阳能电池板通常采用4个压块。考虑到停车棚防水问题，可以在太阳能电池板之间增加泡沫棒并填充密封胶，而且在上部需要做彩钢或者铝合金盖板，此种做法防水性能极佳，安全稳定，安装方便。
