太阳能光伏发电系统接地的主要目的

(1)将低压电气设备的中性点接地,以此来降低电气设备的绝缘水平要求,抑制因系统故障接地而引起的过电压。
(1) The neutral point of low-voltage electrical equipment is grounded to reduce the insulation level requirements of electrical equipment and suppress overvoltage caused by system fault grounding.
(2)防止用电设备由于绝缘老化、损坏引起触电、火灾等事故。

Grounding type and requirements of solar photovoltaic power generation system
(1)防雷接地,包括避雷针(带)、引下线、接地体等,要求接地电阻小于10Ω,并建议考虑单独设置接地体。
(1) Lightning protection grounding, including lightning rod (strip), down lead, grounding body, etc., requires the grounding resistance to be less than 10 Ω, and it is recommended to consider setting a separate grounding body.
(2)工作接地,包括逆变器、蓄电池组的中性点、电压互感器和电流互感器的二次线圈等,接地电阻小于等于4Ω。

(3)安全保护接地,包括光伏组件外框、支架,控制器、逆变器、配电柜外壳,蓄电池支架、电缆外皮、金属穿线管外皮等,要求接地电阻小于等于4Ω。

(4)光伏发电系统中常用的接地方法如图所示,其中无接地就是光伏发电系统没有接地装置。

(5)条件许可时,防雷接地系统应尽量单独设置,不与其它接地系统共用,并保证防雷接地系统的接地体与公用接地体在地下的距离保持在3m以上。

系统接地是指将光伏发电系统中的一路导线(例如光伏组串负极输出引线),连接到设备接地端的接地方式。系统接地的重要作用是当系统工作正常时,它能够稳定电气系统对地的电压,还能在发生故障时,使过电流装置更容易运行。
System grounding refers to the grounding method of connecting a circuit of conductors in the photovoltaic power generation system (such as the negative output lead of the photovoltaic string) to the equipment grounding terminal. ① The DC circuit can be grounded at any point of the output circuit of the PV array, but the grounding point should be as close as possible to the front end of the PV module, before the switch, fuse, protective diode, etc., to better protect the system from the voltage impact caused by lightning strikes.
②当从组串或方阵中拆去任何一块组件时,系统接地、设备接地都不应该被切断。
② When any component is removed from the string or square array, the system grounding and equipment grounding should not be cut off.
③直流电路的地线和设备的地线应共用同一接地电极。如果是中性接地,要把此地线与供电设施干线的中性地线连接。直流系统与交流系统的所有地线应该是共同的。
③ The ground wire of DC circuit and equipment shall share the same grounding electrode. If it is neutral grounding, connect this ground wire with the neutral ground wire of the power supply facility trunk line. All ground wires of DC system and AC system shall be common.
